- Digital courses, programs, event recordings, and membership services purchased through SparkGen are automatically added to the user’s account once payment is confirmed.
- No physical products are shipped.
- Users can access the content they have purchased by logging into their account.
- In the event of system delays, delivery may take up to one week.
- SparkGen is not responsible for any access issues that may arise due to the user providing an incorrect email address or inaccurate account information.
- Information regarding access to live streams, events, or programs is sent to the user via the contact channels provided during registration.
2. Return Policy
- In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised once the user has accessed digital content or online education services.
- No refunds will be issued for training, programs, or digital services purchased by the user.
- However, if the service cannot be provided at all due to a technical issue, you can contact the user support team.
- SparkGen reserves the right to issue partial or full refunds in cases deemed appropriate following the necessary review.
- Refunds are not available for services offered as part of a campaign, promotion, or free access.
3. Cancellations and Technical Issues
- SparkGen is not responsible for access issues caused by user-related internet, device, or browser problems.
- In the event of a system error, the user support team will take the necessary steps to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
- SparkGen reserves the right to make changes to program dates, content, or instructors as it deems necessary.
